USER MANUAL

Of course we can start our own hull and tube production, but why? Our partner - BURA BOATS is one of most respected regional inflatable boats producer. If they are good for so many customers, they are good for us.

We selected the best materials for our boats: either in PVC or in Hypalon, we use the best fabrics available in the market. PVC fabrics are Valmex® from Mehler Texnologies in Germany. Valmex® boat fabrics are wear and abrasion resistant, UV and weather resistant, insensitive to high temperature conditions and dirt repellent. Hypalon fabrics are ORCA® from Pennel & Flipo in France. ORCA® fabrics are considered as the best inflatable boat fabrics. Very tough, UV and hydrocarbon resistant, ORCA® is the best option for frequently used boats and a must in tropical areas.

For seats we use best possible - Sunbrela marine fabrics.

WHAT GOALS WERE MADE:

 

ENGINE AND ALL MECHANICAL COMPONENTS MUST BE SIMPLE AND EASY TO MAINTAIN

any tender boat need maintenance  and sometimes need to be repaired. Therefore is important that mechanic components  are simple and reliable, so any mechanic ( not just specialized ) can fix it.

Also is important that parts are available even on remote locations.

This is reason why our base engine is "borrowed" from road scooter.

Similar engine is used on many scooters and ATV vehicle produced in  Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China and Italy. This ensure that any skilled mechanic ( not only from marine industry ) can help you and there is high possibility that he already have some parts on the shelf.

FUEL ECONOMY- IMPORTANT, BUT NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF  MONEY AND ENVIRONMENT
Heavy jet tender boats with to strong engine are thirsty and you are usually far from petrol stations.
You need to carry and store big quantity of petrol ( this is not practical, but it is dangerous )
Usual jet powered tender consume 15-20 l/h of petrol, compared to only 3 l/h of JetTENDER 250

LIGHTNESS - tender boat need to be light, so you will not need special lifting equipment or big crew.

STREAMLINE- on Jettender 250 nothing is higher than tubes. Even Joystick controller is foldable. On bigger sailboats It can be even placed  in front of mast and no part will be on the way during maneuvers. Low profile ensure that it fits in not so big storage compartments.

SPACIOUS- there is no bulky steering console and engine cover in the middle of the boat. There is more inside space than in 3,2-3,5 meter jet tenders with usual construction.

MANEUVERABILITY - there is no other such maneuverable boat. This is only boat we know with zero -"0" turning radius.

Jet propulsion steering is not like with rudder. If you release throttle you can not steer.  Steering and throttle control used in same time provide safe and precise maneuvers and great fun.  Side mounted throttle controls like ones used for propeller drive are not good for jet propulsion boats.

Joystick steering with finger throttle allows full and safe control with one hand only.
